Refunds
When you get your money back, and how to ask for it.
Who handles payment
We sell plans and extra hours through Link, the checkout service of Stripe. Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company ("Link"), is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Link takes the payment, sends the receipt and the invoice, and handles the tax. On your card or bank statement, the payment starts with LINK.COM*.
14-day money-back guarantee
- A payment for a plan, the first one or a renewal: ask within 14 days of that payment. If you have not analyzed a stream since that payment, you get the full amount back. If you have, you get back the share of that payment's stream-hours you did not use. For a yearly plan, that is the stream-hours of the whole year.
- Extra hours: ask within 14 days of buying them. You get back the share of those hours you did not use.
- A refund of a plan payment ends the plan at once.
For example: you pay for Pro (160 stream-hours a month), analyze 40 hours and ask within 14 days. You get three quarters of that payment back, and the plan ends.
Your free first stream and the free days at the start of a plan are there to try ClipMind before you pay. We do not refund where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse.
How to ask for a refund
Email us at hello@clipmind.pro from the address you paid with. We refund through Link, and the money goes back to the card or account you paid with. For help with an order, you can also contact Link support.
Cancelling
You can cancel your plan at any time: in ClipMind under Settings, Account, Manage billing, or in your Link account on link.com. Cancelling stops the next payment. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling does not refund that period, except as described above. A plan that starts with 7 days free: cancel before they end and nothing is charged.
Your rights under the law
This policy does not take away any right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. Some countries give consumers a right to withdraw from a purchase, for example the countries of the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. If the law where you live gives you more than this policy, you get what the law gives. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the Terms of Service also explain your right of withdrawal.
