Rights and permission
Which streams you may use with ClipMind, and how an owner can reach us.
Streams you may use
- ✓ Your own streams.
- ✓ Streams you edit for a streamer, with the streamer's permission.
- ✓ Streams of a channel or studio you work for, with the owner's permission.
- ✕ Streams of others without their permission. Do not submit them, download them or post what ClipMind makes from them.
What permission means
Permission comes from the owner of the stream: the streamer, or the channel or studio behind it. Ask before you submit a stream that is not yours. Keep their answer, for example an email or a message.
ClipMind asks for this before every new stream: "This is my channel" or "I have the owner's permission to edit this stream". It keeps which account confirmed what, and when.
The Terms of Service say this in full, under "Editors Working for Others".
What ClipMind does with a stream
ClipMind makes an analysis only for the account that submitted the stream. Analyses and media are deleted 30 days after that account's last visit. The Privacy Policy says more.
Report a stream
Do you own a stream, or act for someone who does? Do you believe ClipMind was used on it without permission? Email hello@clipmind.pro. Please include:
- who you are, and the stream or channel you act for;
- the link to the stream, and where you saw what was made from it, if you did;
- why you believe it was used without permission;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
We review every notice. We act on it as the law requires and tell you what we decided. If we remove something, we tell the user who submitted it where we can. We may close the account of a user who breaks these rules more than once.
